Before you buy

How does the box work?

You choose how many mugs: 1, 3 or 6. The box chooses which of the twelve Series 1 designs you get, and never puts two of the same design in one box.

What are the odds?

Per mug: core 68.1 %, rare 25 %, super rare 5.6 %, secret 1.4 % (1 in 72). Chance of the secret: 1 in 72 with a single, 1 in 22 with a trio and about 1 in 9 with a box of 6. See every design and its odds.

When do I find out which mugs I got?

The box is digital: you open it online when your order ships. The shipping email brings the link to your sealed box.

Where does it ship?

To the United States only, for now.

When will it arrive?

The mugs are printed in 2–5 business days. Transit within the US then usually takes 3–4 business days.
