Returns and refunds

1. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you, or a person you designate, receive the goods, without giving any reason. If you ordered several items delivered on different days, the period starts when you receive the last item.

To exercise this right, tell us clearly before the period ends, for example by email to sales@chess4pro.online with your order number. You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this page, but it is not mandatory.

2. Returning the items

After you notify us, we will send you the return address. Please send the items back within 14 days of notifying us. The direct cost of returning the items is paid by you. Items should be returned in the condition you received them; we may reduce the refund if their value has decreased because of handling beyond what is needed to check them.

3. Your refund

We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the items or you show proof that you have sent them back, whichever comes first. We refund using the same payment method you used, at no cost to you.

4. Damaged, defective or misprinted items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or different from what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you will not need to send the item back. This does not limit your legal guarantee of conformity, which in Spain lasts three years from delivery.

5. Cancelling an order

Each item is printed to order. If you want to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible: we can do it free of charge while the order has not entered production. Once it has, you can still use your right of withdrawal described above.

6. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your own specifications or clearly personalised for you (for example, a custom design you requested). Standard catalogue items, including all our opening mugs, are not affected by this exception.
