Withdraw from contract

Changed your mind about an order? Within the 14-day withdrawal period you can withdraw here, without giving a reason: fill in the form and press “Confirm withdrawal”.

Good to know

  • The 14 days start on the day you, or someone you name other than the carrier, receive the goods. If an order arrives in several deliveries, they start with the last one.
  • Personalised items, such as mugs with a dedication or anything made with your own game, names or text, have no right of withdrawal. If something arrived damaged or misprinted, tell us here and we will replace it free of charge or refund you.
  • After you confirm, we email you an acknowledgement with the content of your statement and the date and time it was sent, followed by the return address. The return postage is on you. We refund what you paid, standard delivery included, within 14 days of receiving your statement; we may wait until the items are back or you show they are on their way.
  • You can also withdraw by email to sales@chess4pro.online. All the details are in our refund policy.
