1. Who we are
This store is operated by Pol Garcia Amela, trading as Chess4pro, Avenida Béjar 45, local, 08225 Terrassa (Barcelona), Spain. Email: sales@chess4pro.online. These terms apply to all purchases made at chess4pro.online.
2. Products and prices
Our products are printed to order. We describe them and show their images as accurately as we can; small variations in colour between the screen and the printed item are possible. Prices are shown in the currency selected in the store. The final price, including any taxes and shipping costs, is shown at checkout before you pay.
3. Orders
The contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error or if we detect signs of fraud; we will tell you if this happens.
4. Payment
Payment is made at checkout with the methods shown there. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and the payment providers; we do not store card details.
5. Delivery
Delivery destinations, times and costs are described in our shipping policy.
6. Right of withdrawal, returns and guarantee
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase. Damaged, defective or misprinted items are replaced or refunded. All details are in our refund policy. Your legal guarantee of conformity applies in full.
7. Discounts
Repertoire pair discounts (10% on two mugs, 15% on three or more) are applied at checkout and cannot be combined with other discount codes unless stated.
8. Intellectual property
The designs, texts, images and other content of this store belong to Chess4pro or are used with permission. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written consent.
9. Liability
We are responsible for the products and services we sell in accordance with consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, and you may bring any claim before the courts of your place of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force on the date of your order applies to it.
